Budget Tracking
Budget Status Reporting
Contract Tracking
Contract Status Reporting
Other duties:
Engages and tracks vendor agreements with UST's Customer
Works with Procurement on contract dispositions (Renewals \ Terminations) and Program Budget impacts
Report financial and contract status with Program Management
Other Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Very strong knowledge of Program Budgets and Contracts
Strong understanding of Accounting Best Practices (CapEx vs OpEx) and the impact each has on Program Budgets
