Job Description:
WANT TO START A MODELING TROUPE AT YOUR SCHOOL? We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Modeling Troupe Coaches to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring middle school and high school modeling troupe teams, helping them refine their skills, enhance their confidence, and achieve their full potential. This is a great opportunity for current teachers to supplement their income.

Responsibilities:

• Instruction and Training: Provide expert instruction in modeling techniques, including runway walking, posing, facial expressions, and overall stage presence.
• Choreography Development: Collaborate with team members to create dynamic and engaging choreography for performances, fashion shows, and competitions.
• Individualized Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students on their performances, helping them improve their skills and overcome any challenges.
• Team Building: Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment, encouraging collaboration, respect, and camaraderie among troupe members.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating modeling events, showcases, and competitions, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for participants.
• Personal Development: Serve as a mentor and role model, inspiring students to develop confidence, self-esteem, and professionalism both on and off the stage.
• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with students, parents, and fellow coaches regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in modeling, coaching, or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of modeling techniques and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
• Passion for mentoring and empowering young individuals to reach their full potential.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by rehearsals, events, and competitions.
• Commitment to upholding the values and mission of the Modeling Troupe Association.
