Position Summary

The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets to drive informed decision-making within the organization. Leveraging statistical methods, programming skills, and analytical tools, the Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that offer valuable insights into business operations and performance. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of work.
• Creative problem solving on reporting needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement to provide efficient data support to the organization.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Design, develop and implement data models that effectively support business requirements using Power BI and/or other data visualization tools.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong SQL knowledge - comfortable working with complex joins, stored procedures, and unstructured data
• experience preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI would be preferred)
• Data modeling/application development is not required but is a plus
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to share, discuss, and analyze results with stakeholders having varying levels of technical background
• Go-getter, driven to seek out solutions, help others, and always asking questions
• Proficiency with MS Excel
