About the Role

Home Solutions, a Three Ships company, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join its fast-growing business.  As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership and other team members to grow the business by owning our end-to-end performance reporting data infrastructure and leveraging that data to surface business insights.  You’ll work side by side with our business teams and data, back-end, and integrations teams to drive performance.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own, refine, and maintain our business intelligence dashboards
• Own our attribution architecture and troubleshoot reporting breakages
• Represent the business teams to guide prioritization of our data, back-end, and integrations teams’ workstreams
• Create and manage a suite of self-service SQL queries that give business teams the visibility they need.  Train the business teams to leverage SQL
• Work with the partnerships team to ensure that reporting from new partners is set up in our data infrastructure
• Manage third-party vendors and configurations who supply performance data (i.e. rank-tracking tools, Segment, etc.) 

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in a data-focused role (architecture, attribution, business intelligence etc.) at a performance marketing company
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytically-oriented discipline (i.e. business, economics, statistics, math, etc.)
• Strong experience and fluency in: 
• Writing SQL queries
• Building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, and other BI tools
• Architecting attribution models that span multiple internal systems
• Comfort with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
• SEO experience is a plus
• Desire for a fast-pace, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
