Data Modeling Analyst, Sr. jobs in Troy, NY

The Supply Chain team is looking for an Analyst to support the business in managing data input, completeness, accuracy, and ease of use. This role will contribute to the evolution of our data governance, administration, and modeling practices. It will also support the implementation of an advanced planning system. The ideal candidate will be a creative part of the organization and will embody the Regeneron Way.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

• Develop exceptional relationships with data domain Stewards and partner with them in building roadmaps to help drive implementation, data quality, and business value
• Facilitate data lineage and business metadata documentation through stakeholder workshops and interactions
• Identify critical data elements and support the assessment, remediation, and prevention of data incidents
• Enable and train the Steward community to ensure the business gets the most value out of data within the domain
• Utilize governance metrics and work with the Steward community to improve data management practices
• Participate in process improvements which assist in increase the integrity of the data used by the company to make important decisions
• Support the documentation and implementation of data quality standards and procedures
• Nurture a culture of learning to understand the lifecycle of data, what it represents and how it is created to drive complete and accurate data accountability

To be considered for this role you must hold Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematical or business discipline and

• Associate Specialist: 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Specialist: 2 years of relevant experience
• Senior Specialist: 5 years of relevant experience
