- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data quality management to continually improve the organization's data quality capabilities.
Required Qualifications:- 6 years of experience in data quality management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of maintaining and improving data quality.
- Advanced skills in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and database management.
- Strong background in Retail, Merchandizing and Supply chain projects is a must have.
- Experience with Atlan - Data Discovery-Catalog tool is required.
- Deep understanding of data governance practices and a strong understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations.
- Certifications in data governance, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) are a plus.
- Proficiency in using data quality tools and technologies to inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data to improve its quality. (Atlan, IBM Infosphere, Talend etc.)
- Skills in managing data quality projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they deliver value and align with business objectives.
- A solid grasp of business operations, strategy, and the ability to understand and align with the organization's goals.
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams, including the mentorship of junior analysts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data quality concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility in learning and adopting new technologies, methodologies, and tools to stay at the forefront of data quality trends.
- A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of data.
