Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer systems. This is a crucial role that ensures the integrity and accuracy of our data.

Duties:
- Enter data into computerized databases and spreadsheets
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Generate reports from databases as needed
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Conduct data collection and research as required
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy

-Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
