We have a full-time, direct hire (FTE) opportunity for a Data Security Analyst! No C2C.
Someone in Iowa would be great, BUT we are open to fully remote if you meet the job requirements AND you have insurance business experience.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid background in data security and will support an Enterprise Data Team. They will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to uphold information security standards and policies. Additionally, they will be instrumental in devising strategies to effectively respond to and recover from security breaches, while also investigating and communicating any breaches and their impact.
In this position, the candidate will deliver awareness training on data security processes to the workforce, fostering a culture of security-first engineering practices. They will also be responsible for identifying and remediating vulnerabilities to enhance data security.
A MUST-HAVE e someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data security, along with expertise in ETL development, data analysis, and profiling. Familiarity with data governance tools is preferred but not required. While prior experience with Mulesoft is not mandatory, the right candidate must be open and willing to learn about it.
Qualifications for this role include a preference for a college degree with a technology focus. The ideal candidate should have around 7 years of IT development experience. We need a great communicator, both written and verbal because you will be interacting with business partners and collaborating with other IT staff.
Base compensation goes up to 112K, plus a bonus (approx 8-10%) and a long-term incentive that's very lucrative with a relatively quick vesting period. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship and due to this being direct hire - NO C2C, please.
