As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in expanding and maturing our overall data architecture and analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for data modeling, analytics, and Power BI reporting, utilizing your expertise in Power BI and Snowflake to gather requirements, understand business problems, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data models within Snowflake, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and optimization.
• Utilize Power BI to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management and C-level executives from various departments to gather requirements, understand business problems, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement or optimization.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of data sources and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing data models, reports, and dashboards, making recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in data analytics and visualization to drive innovation and improvement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the data analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on data modeling, analytics, and reporting.
• Expertise in Power BI with a deep understanding of its capabilities for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in Snowflake
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
