Creates procedures for data access, protection, and backup. Being a Data Security Analyst investigates security violations and modifies procedures to prevent future incursions. Reviews changes to information systems to ensure compliance with security standards. Additionally, Data Security Analyst may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
