Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CRA mortgage loan purchase process by facilitating the transactions between Webster’s internal departments and external loan sellers, while ensuring that all limits related to credit risk, counterparty risk, etc. are met.
Create, maintain and analyze Secondary Marketing related reports and data.
Program and maintain LOS/Pricing engine for residential and consumer products.
Support the Secondary Marketing Manager and Pricing Manager positions as required.
Job Requirements and Skills
Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required.
5 - 8 years of related experience Mortgage and Consumer Lending
Familiar with mortgage and consumer pricing, including all aspects of mortgage regulations, particularly CRA and fair lending
Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data using formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.
Experience creating, maintaining and analyzing reports using software such as Excel and Tableau
Successful management of internal and external relationships
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Aptitude to quickly learn new processes and technology
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Hybrid schedule - 3 day in Southington, CT location.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
