Duties and Responsibilities: 

Anaplan Dashboard & Reporting:

• Create interactive dashboards for end users using Anaplan.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Design and maintain forms, reports, and calculated fields for end-users in Anaplan.
• Create and maintain workflow automations in Anaplan to streamline processes.
• Create data validations in Anaplan.

Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Reporting:

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to facilitate informed decision-making in OBIEE.
• Design and enhance reports (OBIEE).
• Ensure reliability of data stored in these databases to support high-quality reporting.

Data Management: 

• Review loaded data in OBIEE subject areas and Anaplan for accuracy.
• Review data quality checks and validation procedures.
• SQL code maintenance in data warehouse.
• Write ad-hoc SQL queries for reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to think critically/analytically as well as exhibit an interest in learning and taking on challenging tasks. 
• Ability to break down processes into detailed components. 
• Ability to identify problems and their root cause.
• Ability to independently propose solutions to problems for manager review, requiring innovation and creativity. 
• Ability to create structure in a dynamic, often ambiguous and/or complex environment.
• Ability to use independent judgment and work under minimal guidance to determine the best approach and use creativity to achieve maximum results and handle new situations. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Knowledge of higher education administrative systems and related business principles.
