You Will
Lead and develop a team of product marketers focused on delivering supporting sales readiness and awareness of Allē’s B2B solution.
Partner with a cross-disciplinary team of product managers, designers, UX researchers, software engineers and program managers to understand our offerings and translate their value into real language that is easy for our customers and sellers to understand.
Build, measure, and maintain engaging sales programs and assets, managing a single source of truth for all assets
Lead the overarching strategy in both a tactical and strategic way from research and planning to execution, launch, and measurement.
Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners. Ensure all assets adhere to Allē brand guidelines.
Oversee launch timelines. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary.
Collect and codify sales and user feedback for product teams.
Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how/where our products compare.
Track launch milestones and usage metrics as they relate to product performance, business and revenue goals.
Bachelor’s Degree required
12 years of experience with at least 6 or more years of product marketing or product management experience.
4 years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
Experience building products with a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, UX researchers and program managers.
Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into value propositions and benefits that resonate with our consumers, customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary.
Experience managing several cross functional work streams at once.
Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
Always approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Willingness to travel (US-based) as needed
