    $57,000 Per Year

    Exempt position (not eligible for overtime under state law)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our security services within a designated geographical area or business segment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify sales opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.

    Qualification Requirements
    • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of financial reports and sales metrics.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Passion for the security industry and a commitment to making the world a safer place.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
