Compensation for this position starts at $65,000, and with demonstrated experience and qualifications, candidates may earn up to $75,000.
About Your Workday
This position is integral to the overall management of data across the institution, encompassing the oversight of a data governance program and documenting critical business data requirements pertaining to data entities, research plans, and key performance indicators. These requirements will provide a roadmap for the Data Solution Architect to implement and ensure that the organization has the data it needs to derive actionable insights. This role will thus play a key role in shaping the institution's data strategy and contribute significantly to the organization's operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes.

About the Referral Program
Chautauqua Institution’s Referral Bonus Program is a talent solution to recruit, develop, and retain a diverse workforce that encompasses all the skills and experience necessary to deliver on our goals and objectives. Chautauqua Institution will provide a $500 referral bonus (less taxes) for active employees referring a new candidate who is hired and remains employed for at least 90-days from the first physical date of work. About Your Schedule
The Manager of Data Operations will average 40-hours per week with a periodic increase of working hours (approximately 50-hours per week) required based on business needs in pre-operation and operating seasons, specifically February – July.
This position will be based in Chautauqua Institution’s home office, located in southwestern New York. Qualified candidates may also be considered for telecommuting arrangements.
Occasional travel is required to various professional events, conferences, and training using personal or occasionally rental vehicles. Travel predominantly within the region in an approximate 100-mile radius. Self-coordination of business travel and occasional flights required.
