Data Security Manager manages and guides the maintenance of systems to protect data from unauthorized users. Develops and administers policies and procedures for identifying, reporting, and resolving security violations. Being a Data Security Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Data Security Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Data Security Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities

- Assist with oversight and guidance of projects from initial concept through construction
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals
- Collaborate, mentor and lead as appropriate
- Prepare preliminary engineering reports.
- Perform and review detailed hydraulic calculations.
- Produce effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications)
- Assist clients with construction procurement
- Assist with water and wastewater operations and research, hydraulic/process modeling, environmental review, permitting, and project financing
- Provide bidding and construction administration services.
