Data Security Manager manages and guides the maintenance of systems to protect data from unauthorized users. Develops and administers policies and procedures for identifying, reporting, and resolving security violations. Being a Data Security Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. About the Position

This role is responsible for developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, and alayzing data and data systems. The Data Manager will ensure that all of this is done with the utmost security and confidentiality, and in a timely manner.

Effective Program Management
This role manages program objectives and goals, which includes planning, scheduling, managing, executing, and monitoring progress of the program, including how the budget is being used. The Manager creates a program timetable and establishes program objectives/goals alongside their supervisor and consistently reviews program deliverables and work results. The Manager evaluates and manages the risks associated with program fulfillment and provides regular updates to their supervisor/Director. Skilled Management Communicator
The Manager is an effective supervisor, co-creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture. This includes modeling a growth mindset for diversity, equity and inclusion. Management includes ensuring that program execution remains centered on the needs of the community and addresses inequities collaboratively. The Manager tracks community partner and interdepartmental satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle. The Manager creates a program budget alongside their supervisor/Director, ensuring team members have the resources they need to achieve their objectives. Generally, in an office environment with visits to external environments that require traveling to and from various locations within the BHT region of Spokane, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Ferry and Adams County and occasionally to the west side of the state.
