Fresh Mark Security Supervisors provide leadership and direction to security personnel to carry out all aspects of the security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of personnel, property, products, and other company assets.

Responsible for the implementation, coordination, advancement, and support of the Security Program and will support functional objectives within the framework of Fresh Mark’s corporate philosophy.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the prevention of security incidents and other events which harm people and property and ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and laws related to security.
• Provide leadership and supervise all functions of the Security Team at the facility level.
• Execute, coordinate, advance and support the Security Program at the facility level and follow goals and objectives within the framework of the corporate philosophy.
• Provide support and a resource to operations, maintenance, HR, etc. personnel to help carry out the security programs, procedures, protocol, etc.
• Educate, coach, mentor and ensure the overall success of the professional development of the overall Security Team to help lead security enhancements.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Combination of 2-4 years of education, certifications, training and / or work experience in business management, security management, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in security, criminal justice, law enforcement, or military.Management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures and the ability to provide training on these protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems and software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
