Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred). • Law enforcement, fire fighter, first responder, emergency management experience preferred. • In lieu of the above: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, 2-3 years in a security supervisor role • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train security personnel effectively. • Proficiency in using surveillance and access control systems. • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities. • Valid security license or certification as required by state regulations. • First Aid/CPR and AED certification • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams. Computer Knowledge • Strong leadership skills
