Data Security Supervisor supervises professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standards and systems that will ensure secure information systems and data. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Data Security Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Security Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.     We are currently seeking a BPO Supervisor to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

    BPO Compliance Supervisor Role

    This is a BPO Compliance Supervisor Role, Wage is $61,800 and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CST. Must live in the Continental United States for this remote role.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • 3 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance OR annuities; understanding of products and concepts.
    • 1 year of team lead or training experience, including communicating and educating team members on insurance products, terminology, and processes.
    • 1 year of experience communicating with insurance company home offices ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    In this Role you will interact directly with our clients as well as Policy Owners, Attorneys, Agents, State Agencies, etc.- Investigate and respond to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, Attorney for various clients. In addition to reviewing Power of Attorney and other legal documents for various clients.
    • Life Insurance and annuity experience.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated client service skills and leadership capabilities.
    • Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
    • Supervises team of compliance associates responsible for handling a variety of consumer inquiries and complaints related to life insurance and annuities.
    • Monitors performance of team to drive SLA adherence.
    • Oversees consumer facing investigations and reviews related to policyholder inquiries and complaints involving life insurance and annuities.
    • Oversees Federal watchlist screening programs on behalf of clients.
    • Works with Client Insurance Carriers related to life insurance complaints.
    • Establishes and monitors performance goals are consistently met, to include all regulatory due dates and client contractual timelines.
    • Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.
    • Helps to develop and drive process improvements or system enhancements related to complaint investigative or workflow processes.
    • Coach and develop junior team members on effective methods for conducting thorough complaint and inquiry reviews.
    • Coach and develop junior team members on effective formal writing as part of written responses to inquiries or complaints.
    • Assists team with escalated client or account issues.
    • Manages the hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
    • Responsible for career development / planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
    • Interacts with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
    • Leads staff to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Demonstrates professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications.
    • Responsible for appropriate record keeping, required reports, and ensuring related administrative functions are correct and maintained.
    • Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends for root cause analysis.
