Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment
- Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct periodic reviews to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvement

Skills:
- Military or law enforcement background preferred
- Valid security certificate required
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Proficient in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
