May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Data Security Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Security Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. We are seeking a Lansing Mall Security Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will supervise a team of security officers ensuring daily patrols, policies and procedures are completed as well as identifying any risks to the mall, it’s stores, employees and patrons.
To be successful as a Mall Security Supervisor, you should be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and able to react appropriately in stressful conditions. You must also be able to lead a team in a professional and respectful manner.
