Data Security Supervisor supervises professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standards and systems that will ensure secure information systems and data. Implements standards and audit procedures to identify and resolve security violations. Being a Data Security Supervisor conducts disaster recovery and cyberattack preparation and training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Data Security Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Security Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Security Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Securitas Security Services is looking to hire a Shift Supervisor to work on the 3rd shift with our client in Portsmouth, NH.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will provide lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s). Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn. Previous customer service experience required.
Schedule: 7pm-7am, Saturday-Sunday
Pay: $18/hrThe position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by:
- Performs the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy
- Provides lead direction at assigned client site(s) on assigned shift(s); acts to ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations
- Assists in the training of Security Officers and review of post orders • In conjunction with company management or designated company representatives acts to ensure adequate security coverage of all posts
- Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required
- Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
- Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Walking/standing for long periods of time
