The SOC Supervisor position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
JOB SUMMARY:
Manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Performs a variety of management functions for assigned account; may be assigned a rank, as defined by client contract. The Security Operations Center Lead is responsible managing and overseeing all Security Dispatch functions and SOC personnel. Personal performance is gauged on meeting tasks, prioritizing needs, and exceeding customer expectations. The SOC Lead is the back up to some Crisis Management programs, responsible for: camera audits, door alarm management, maintaining the audio-log system as well as managing all security site wide trainings to include new SOC Officers, maintain all SOC workstations (including all updates and hardware replacements) and acts as the site Parking Management representative. Maintains all Post Orders and completes annual reviews and is a back up to the Securitas Account Manager.
