Data Security Supervisor jobs in Phoenix, AZ
Data Security Supervisor supervises professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standards and systems that will ensure secure information systems and data. Implements standards and audit procedures to identify and resolve security violations. Being a Data Security Supervisor conducts disaster recovery and cyberattack preparation and training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Data Security Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Security Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Security Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic computer skills
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High level customer service
