Responsibilities

• Enter data into our database software and verify accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection guidelines
• Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of information
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records
• Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
• Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and record-keeping
• Generate reports and summaries based on inputted data as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
