• Class II Gaming License; Safe Serve Certificate

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware.
• Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion and stooping.
• Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes. 
• Moderate noise levels.
• Stand on tile, mats. 
• Hazards: Knives, mechanical kitchen equipment.
