Job Purpose or Objective(s) : You will help maintain a clean, sanitized and orderly kitchen to ensure the highest standards are achieved throughout the food and beverage operations.

Primary Tasks :

• You will thoroughly clean equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards.
• Wash pots, pans, and traps while maintaining the neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas.
• Clean and disinfect walls, sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and other areas of food service areas.
• Clean and replace floor mats.
• You will support the dish room, operating dish machine.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned

Job Requirements :

• Must obtain a SERV Safe Certification
• Basic knowledge in the use of housekeeping / cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemicals as it relates to MSDS
• Understand government public health and, or safety regulations
• Verbalize and respond to guests and fellow coworkers
• General computer / keyboarding skills.
