- Keeping the reservation system straight and orchestrating the daily flow of the tasting room

- Passion about wine and the wine/food lifestyle
- Ability to work well with all types of customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinking skills and able to think outside the box
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist and move for long periods of time
- Possesses or able to obtain an OLCC server’s permit and food handler’s card
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings throughout the year
