This individual is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The Steward ensures efficient flow of kitchen operations by handling the essential task of cleaning and sanitizing used items. The diligent behind the scenes work of the Steward supports the entire restaurant team in delivering a safe and enjoyable dining experience to guests.
