Information Security Department Manager will develop, administer and improve the corporate cybersecurity program to ensure prudent management, efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness to the cyber threat landscape, regulatory environment, and business needs for 90 Degree Benefits. 90 Degree Benefits is a subsidiary of BCBSAL that is a national thrid-party administrator. The incumbent will ensure the design of cybersecurity controls provide the most cost-effective protection while providing for the confidentiality, integrity and availability needs of the information maintained and retained by 90 Degree Benefits. The incumbent will maintain up to date knowledge of evolving information technology in general; and, more specifically, developments in regards to cybersecurity threats, regulations, controls, tools, and techniques. Information Security Department Manager will ensure 90 Degree Benefits meets federal, state, association, and customer expectations for securing systems and data. Proactively and continually engage with all levels of management and business partners to address current and future issues, concerns, and developments related to these general and specific duties.
