Job Description Position Title: Senior Information Security Manager, Risk and Compliance Location: Waltham, MA; New York, NY; Remote Company: SS&C Intralinks Position Summary: SS&C Intralinks is currently seeking a Senior Information Security Manager, Risk and Compliance, who will be responsible for enhancing security and compliance across both cloud and traditional data center environments. This role involves leading cloud security, ensuring compliance, managing risk within SaaS and technical operations, and working closely with Infrastructure, Product Development, and Service teams. The successful candidate will develop and review security policies, act as an advisor for cloud architectures, and ensure alignment with security and compliance obligations. This role will also operate as the liaison between Intralinks BU and Corporate Security & Compliance. Job Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and regulatory guidance and security and privacy self-assessments for cloud and traditional data center environments. - Lead security initiatives and promote a unified approach to address security concerns across the Intralinks business unit. - Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud security, advising internal and external stakeholders on compliance guidance, security protocols for cloud solutions, and alignment with security and compliance requirements. - Implement security and privacy safeguards to protect non-public personal information and provide specialty knowledge inputs to sales, legal, and internal delivery teams. - Perform and analyze vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, review and enhance security policies, and manage risk policies. - Support internal and external audits (SOC, SOX), regulatory exams, enterprise risk initiatives, and the regular audit examinations with a strong familiarity with NIST 800-53, FIPS, ISO27001 etc. - Represent Intralinks in customer interactions, audits, and security discussions, contributing to security documentation and leading security reviews of new products and services. - Stay current on changing regulatory environment, monitor and report on privacy and security legislation, and assess organizational impacts. - Some domestic travel to corporate offices, data centers, and events may be required. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - 10 years of operational security experience, with a focus on SaaS environments, and at least 2-5 years in security, risk management, compliance, and privacy. - Expert knowledge in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOC, ISO, and FedRAMP. - Solid background in governance, risk, and compliance, and significant experience with security frameworks and privacy principles. - Proficiency in VMWARE, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Linux, Windows, and standard network protocols. - Strong leadership skills, analytical, project management, and communication skills. - Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security , AWS/GCP) are preferred. Competencies: - Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain collaborative relationships throughout the company and with clients. - Attention to detail, particularly with written work such as legal contracts and client-facing communications. - Ability to think and work analytically, document policies, procedures, and technical diagrams, and execute multiple activities simultaneously. - Ability to manage a substantial unplanned workload with short deadlines and analyze client requirements with minimal supervision.
