Position Overview:
As a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring the smooth intake and accurate documentation of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include verifying incoming shipments against invoices, meticulously documenting product information, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to data entry, specifically inputting inventory details into our inventory management system. You will also be utilizing Google products for various tasks. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial in this position, as is the timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management and overall warehouse operations.

This is a full-time position with work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This schedule provides a consistent work-life balance while ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. After 90 days, you are eligible for 10 vacation days and 5 sick days. Vacation days will increase with company tenure. You will be paid on a salary basis with opportunities for increase based on performance.
