Data Warehouse Specialist performs technical administration duties for the development and maintenance of data warehouses. Provides technical support and coordination during warehouse design, testing and movement to production. Being a Data Warehouse Specialist acts as a liaison between engineers, data architects, programmers, and analysts. Implements and enforces standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse. Additionally, Data Warehouse Specialist manipulates and combines data from various sources to enlarge and enhance the data warehouse. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Warehouse Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. - Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is a critical member of the warehouse team as they are responsible for incoming shipments & deliveries, verify product received corresponds with packing slip and ensure all materials are received timely in our system. Initially, this position will be responsible for covering a medical leave for the current Receiving clerk. Thereafter, this position will be a floater between both areas. What you’ll do: Receiving: Verify product and material received against bills of lading, packing slips or purchase orders Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages and communicates with shipper to rectify issues Process and enter incoming receiving paperwork into ERP system Use dolly and/or jack in loading and unloading supplies and equipment Partner with internal team members to resolve vendor and incoming receiving issues Shipping: Pack from 100 to 1,000 pieces properly according to work instructions to avoid damages Use FedEx and UPS apps for domestic and/or international shipments Process and enter paperwork into ERP system Provide excellent customer service to internal customers Physical Requirements: Frequently move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing and lifting greater than 50% of day Regularly required to reach, bend, grab and stoop What we expect: Work a regular schedule of 40 hours per week – hours 8:00am – 4:30pm Occasional additional hours required to meet peak demands Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.) Comfortable with learning new skills on the computer (our ERP system) Experience in a manufacturing environment Follow verbal instructions and use simple math Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen What we offer: Full benefits 1st day of employment (health, dental, vision, etc.) 401k with company match Paid time off and paid holidays What we value: Integrity and sense of mutual respect Sense of humor “Can-do” attitude and willingness to do what it takes to accomplish objectives High level of collaboration Innovative spirit and resourceful Who are we?
