Data Warehouse Specialist jobs in Somerset, NJ
Data Warehouse Specialist performs technical administration duties for the development and maintenance of data warehouses. Provides technical support and coordination during warehouse design, testing and movement to production. Being a Data Warehouse Specialist acts as a liaison between engineers, data architects, programmers, and analysts. Implements and enforces standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse. Additionally, Data Warehouse Specialist manipulates and combines data from various sources to enlarge and enhance the data warehouse. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Warehouse Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Description :
Preferably with Company experience or Pharm experience with Concur, eMarketplace and other systems.
Experience with larger, fast-paced environments.
5 years admin / Sr. Admin / Coordinator experience in Pharm industry.
The Administrative Assistant will provide support for 5-6 doctors and various directors within the Medical Affairs department.
What would you consider to be the top 3, non-negotiable skills that you'll be looking for when reviewing candidate resumes? :
1) Calendar management and very detailed oriented
2) Concur / exp reports
3) Working on complex meeting set-up
4) Pharm (JNJ preferred) experience
What would you consider to be an ideal candidate background for this position? :
1. At least 5 years admin / Sr. Admin / Coordinator experience in Pharm industry / Pharmaceutical preferred.
2. Experience with larger, fast-paced environments.
3. Independent, pro-active can work on own, as well as within a team environment.
