Data Warehouse Specialist jobs in Stamford, CT
Data Warehouse Specialist performs technical administration duties for the development and maintenance of data warehouses. Provides technical support and coordination during warehouse design, testing and movement to production. Being a Data Warehouse Specialist acts as a liaison between engineers, data architects, programmers, and analysts. Implements and enforces standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse. Additionally, Data Warehouse Specialist manipulates and combines data from various sources to enlarge and enhance the data warehouse. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Warehouse Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. • Strong full-stack engineering skills, with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go/Rust.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, including Lambda and EC2.
• Proficiency in working with databases, Snowflake required.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the crypto space; prior experience is a plus, but exceptional skills and alignment with our mission are paramount.
• Experience with blockchain data like Dune Analytics, Flipside Crypto, and Defillama.
• Strong drive and high standards to produce excellent results, with a proven track record
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with an ability to work both independently and on a fast-paced team
• Team oriented with desire to learn from and share knowledge with others
