Summary:

Provide administrative shipping / receiving support for the facility including data entry for PROAPP/Vantage. Coordinates work with the customer and shop personnel. Responsible for all Shipping / Receiving / Warehousing.

Essential Responsibilities

• shipping requirements (pricing/packing slips/Bills of Lading)
• import/export paperwork & Brokerage interaction.
• Facilitate the appropriate flow of documentation.
• various shipping / receiving administrative duties as necessary.
• ordering & maintaining all sales literature
• receiving all orders and placing parts in stock locations
• maintaining stock room in good order
• Must maintain valid tow motor license.
• Build packing crates (use small tools: saws, hammers, etc.)
• Pull parts from stock to ship Work with shipping software
• Follow ISO & ESH procedures

Position Requirements

Education: High School DiplomaExperience: - 1-3 years minimum experience .- PC Proficiency- ESH & ISO process experience.Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Effective communications skills with internal & external customers both written & verbal Knowledge of Organization policies, procedures, and programs  PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AS400, PROAPP, Vantage OutLook/GroupWise  Strong Interpersonal skills  Strong Telephone etiquette  Strong Organizational skills  Decision-making skills  Multitasking Networking Ability Process oriented Product knowledge Detail oriented ISO oriented
