The Area Supervisor supervises the General Managers to achieve operational results; uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness; achieve health department standards; and provide timely execution of new initiatives, products, and equipment launches. The candidate ensures that financial performance of each restaurant in sales and
profitability within McDonald’s norms. The Area Supervisor analyzes sales trends; identifies sales patterns and opportunities for sales growth; implements programs to build sales through promotional or operational programs; completes monthly cash and security audits; uses necessary corrective action when policies are not being followed; ensures safety and security of restaurant personnel and assets; completes operations review on restaurants monthly.
