Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Data Warehousing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Warehousing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     THE OPPORTUNITY


    Wavicle Data Solutions LLC seeks a Machine Learning Engineer with ABBYY experience located in Knoxville, TN.

    WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
    • Perform analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of ABBYY.
    • Develop new applications/systems, enhance/upgrade existing systems or provide production support.
    • Work independently on moderately complex projects, receiving only general direction.
    • Provide assistance and direction to less experienced peers.
    • Work with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Business Owner, and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.
    • Coordinate with software architects and Software engineer IVs to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
    • As part of Agile teams, complete software development work which includes application design, coding, code review and testing.


    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
    • Must be located in Knoxville, TN or Atlanta, GA and open to working 3 days per week in the client's local office.
    • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics or related degree is required. 
    • Experience working with ABBYY and RPA is required.
    • 2-4 years of data & analytics professional work experience. 
    • Prior experience working as a management/strategic consultant is highly desirable. 
    • 2 years of developing and deploying machine learning systems into a production environment. 
    • 1 years of professional work experience implementing solutions using Databricks is highly preferred. 
    • Experience working with big data tools (i.e. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.) to extract data. 
    • Familiarity with ML modeling frameworks (i.e. Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch). 
    • Expertise with key cloud services (VM, Storage, etc...) - AWS, Azure or GCP is required. 
    • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C , Scala , etc. is required. 
    • Strong knowledge of SQL. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
