We are looking for a motivated individual who will actively participate in developing and supporting the Inventory division of the company. This person will report directly to the Inventory Manager. Primary daily responsibilities: - Purchase orders receiving; including different sites and scenarios. - Packing list creation.
- Intra-warehouse inventory management, ensuring that inventory transfers are entered in our system and our vendor's portal, processed accurately, and received thoroughly in the different warehouses.
- Inventory update in our internal ERP system.
- Daily tracking of inter-site transfers.
- Daily communication with warehouses and production facilities with different time zones.
- Transfers and Inventory invoices approval.
- Additional tasks necessary to support the Inventory Division.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain and inventory experience. Experience with Reefer is a plus.
- Education: associate/bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.). Experience with ERP/Sage system is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to solve problems and rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-tasker and independent thinker.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and oral.
