Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Data Warehousing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Warehousing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and implementation to meet internal and external delivery deadlines.
    • Provide case-related client support.
    • Drafts documents, including, but not limited to affidavits, declarations.
    • Constantly monitor and report on progress; resolve or escalate issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
    • Monitor key project deliverables up to and including final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality and client acceptance. Ensure all is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    • Track and monitor team productivity; recommend enhancements for processes.
    • Coach, mentor, and train project team members.
    • Manage project billing responsibilities as assigned.
    • Collaborate with other departments and operations on project requirements.
    • Build expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Superb organizational skills; demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects on time and on budget effectively.
    • Able to understand our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction and to comply with standard policies and procedures.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
    • Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Access, and Excel proficiency.
    • Prefer:
      • Previous experience in class action settlement administration.
      • 2-3 years hands-on project management experience, leading and managing complex projects.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
