Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director.     Job Summary


    The NOC Manager holds a vital role in leading a team of Network Operations Center (NOC) professionals in managing Atomic Data’s NOC. The NOC Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the 24x7x365 NOC team. This position will support operations by assisting with system and process improvements, change implementation, and training / mentoring of team members. Success in this role is highly reliant on the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks, lead and develop NOC team, collaborate with internal partners, and effectively communicate NOC activities to external stakeholders. It is also imperative the individual in this role has the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and networks, learn new technologies, process information quickly, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. This position is an interactive position and candidates are expected to be in the office with other staff during the assigned shift.

    Essential Functions

    • Manage and mentor a 24x7x365 NOC Team, including hiring, shift scheduling, coaching, training, performance reviews, and career development in order to produce a high-performance team with a strong sense of teamwork.
    • Manage daily NOC work assignments and workflows to meet company KPI’s and monthly analysis of these KPI’s.
    • Develop processes and procedures to enhance workflow efficiencies and ensure SLA compliance.
    • Restoration of service (incident management) shall be carried out within a timely and efficient manner while ensuring consistent communication to executive, internal teams, and external clients.
    • Ensure client’s having a White Glove experience is at the forefront of all decisions and recognize ways to improve that experience.
    • Manage ticket escalations and collaborate with other teams
    • Demonstrate a continual progression of increasing NOC team member technical skills
    • Perform duties in a high pressure, face-paced environment.
    • Host / attend internal and external performance review calls as requested.
     

    Qualifications

    • Five years of work experience with communications networks or the equivalent in training and experience. (Preferred)
    • Three years management experience with proven leadership abilities. (Preferred)
    • Customer solutions oriented, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
    • Operations focused with customer support background.
    • Flexibility in work schedule as this position will require occasional escalation to the management team during afterhours network events.
    • Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from Atomic Data’s facilities.
