Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facilities. You will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, be proficient in general computer usage, and hold a valid forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain forklift equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
• Utilize basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure and hazard-free work environment
• Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator or similar role
• Valid forklift certification
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
