Data Warehousing Manager manages the daily activities of the team responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems and projects. Oversees data design and the creation of database architecture and data repositories. Being a Data Warehousing Manager ensures that reporting, modeling, and ETL projects and initiatives are supported fully and run smoothly. Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality. Additionally, Data Warehousing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Data Warehousing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Data Warehousing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. - A client of ours in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a Project Manager (Epic Payor Platform (EPP)/ Data Warehousing/Integration) for a Contract on W2 opportunity.

Description:
- The Project Manager (PM) will oversee day-to-day activities related to EIM and Enterprise data integration with the client's Epic Payor Platform (EPP). These activities include task management, milestone setting, and working with functional and Epic teams to ensure all milestones are met.
- The PM needs to be well-versed in both Epic clinical data model/format/language and enterprise data warehouse activities related to the consumption of such data.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise with EPIC data integration with an Enterprise Data Warehouse is required.
- Experience with the Epic Payor Platform is required
- Minimum 10 years of Project Manager (Epic Payor Platform (EPP)/ Data Warehousing/Integration) Experience.
As an EPP Data Interoperability PM, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to improve patient care, streamline payer operations, and enhance the overall healthcare experience. You will oversee complex analytics projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your clinical data and EPP expertise to drive actionable insights.
