Position Description
Reporting to the Director of Advancement Operations, the Database Manager oversees the use and maximizes the capability of The St. Paul’s Schools’ advancement constituent management database.
Position Responsibilities
The Database Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Advancement Office database (Raiser’s Edge and NXT) and working to keep files and records current and accurate at all times. The Database Manager works with the Advancement team to achieve long-term development, capital, and annual giving goals. Responsibilities will include the following:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least two years’ experience in database management. A successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work with independence. This position requires absolute confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Proficiency in NXT and Veracross is preferred. This position is year round, but does have work remote flexibility.
