SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately held footwear retailer in business 63 years with more than 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our team. This position is available in the corporate headquarters located in Concord, NC. Local candidates are encouraged to apply!

What you will do:

· Manage the portfolio of commercial real estate leases, overseeing interpretation and documentation.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data in the lease management system.

· Monitor financial aspects of leases including rent payments, escalations, and year-end reconciliations of common area maintenance.

· Oversee the reporting/setup of construction allowances, rent abatements, and rent credits.

· Manage the reconciliation of monthly/annual landlord statements/invoices and percentage rent.

· Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure lease obligations are paid in accordance with the lease (i.e.- repairs and maintenance.)

· Manage day-to-day operations of lease administration team.

· Address and resolve lease disputes with landlords.

Qualifications:

· Detail oriented, organized, and have experience reviewing, interpreting, and managing Commercial lease documents.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.

· Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of management.

Software Applications:

· JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

· Excel - intermediate skill level preferred
