Job Opening Qualifications

• Master's degree in health administration, business administration, public health or information technology, or bachelor's degree required and two years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare organizations.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities and direct the work of other credentialing staff.
• Experience with computer applications, including Microsoft applications and credentialing databases.
• Preferred knowledge in National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards, as well as federal, state and managed care enrollment requirements.

• Certification as Certified Professional Medical Staff Management and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred.

Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $29.03
Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $39.79
