Database Administration Manager manages the administration of an organization's database. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage. Manages the credentialing and provider enrollment function for Shands HealthCare to ensure that all medical staff and allied health professional staff providing medical care or treatment of patients throughout the Shands HealthCare System are continually credentialed in accordance with all statutory and accreditation requirements and appropriately enrolled with federal, state and managed care payers. Prepares committee meeting agendas, packets and minutes. Directly manages the credentialing analysts in the department to ensure timely credentialing and that all regulatory requirements are met. Serves as a liaison to clinical and administrative departments for all credentialing matters, including audits and regulatory surveys.
Minimum Pay Rate - Hourly: $29.03
Midpoint Pay Rate - Hourly: $39.79
