LOCATION: 1890 Headquarters, Lincoln, NE
HOURS: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Qualifications:
o 2-3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
o Associates degree in related field, or equivalent experience

Description
The Office Manager role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the 1890 Initiative executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements. They will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential files, along with other document preparation or editing as required. This role will oversee daily office operations including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. This position will track budgeting for the office operations and will process invoices as needed. They will coordinate and organize meetings and events both locally and nationwide for the collective. In all duties, they will be expected to meet deadlines along with confidentiality and professionalism.
The Office Manager will play a key role in facilitating effective communication throughout 1890. They will be a liaison between executives and stakeholders by directing inquiries, emails, and phone calls to appropriate team members. They also will support various projects by coordinating logistics, tracking timelines, and managing deliverables. Identifying potential efficiencies and cost savings will be expected and communicated to executives and stakeholders. This will involve setting up and executing new processes and workflows as well to gain efficiency as an organization. This role requires high attention to detail, flexibility, and openness to change in the ever-evolving NIL Collective landscape. Assume other duties as assigned.
Pay will be set based on experience.
