Database Administration Manager manages the administration of an organization's database. Analyzes the organization's database needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage. Being a Database Administration Manager establishes policies and procedures related to data security and integrity and monitors and limits database access as needed. Oversees the design, maintenance and implementation of the systems that manage an internal database. Additionally, Database Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Database Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Database Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management:
    • Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
    • Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
    • Conduct audits and reconciliations, manage accounts receivable, and oversee incentive processes.
    • Collaborate with branches on financial operations, including tax filings and cost control measures.

    Payroll Processing & HR:
    • Oversee payroll, including hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
    • Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
    • Maintain meticulous payroll records and handle end-of-year documentation.
    • Administer health plans and manage employee benefits.

    Administrative Duties:
    • Manage general business files and correspondence.
    • Ensure compliance with FMSCA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee leases, assets, property management, and reporting duties.

    Performance Reporting & Management:
    • Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
    • Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.

    • Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
    • Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Valid CPA certification in compliance with the state Board of Accountancy regulations
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • 3 years of experience in financial management and administration.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
    • Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

    Salary:
