CRM Systems Manager (CRM or application administration exp req) Description

Our client in the event and trade show industry is looking for a CRM Systems Manager to join their team in Bergen County, NJ. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the client’s CRM and other business systems. To be successful in this role, you must have an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members across various departments. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of MS Office 365 and general database administration experience, preferably with CRMs. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage analysis tools (like Microsoft Excel) to perform data extractions and create workflows to automate and optimize business processes. CRM Systems Manager (CRM or application administration exp req) Responsibilities

• Administer users and license management
• Fully understand the existing business processes and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Implement CRM configuration changes
• Monitor, streamline & implement end-user adoption of all company software
• Configure the UI and user devices to streamline and optimize the user experience
• Work with the CRM provider to execute an optimal upgrade schedule
• Develop new or amend existing reports, workflows, and dashboards
• Communicate project status and progress to team members and stakeholders
• Conduct training to keep end-users up to date on features and enhancements
• Provide support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner

CRM Systems Manager (CRM or application administration exp req) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years of experience with CRM/ database management/administration required
• Ability to generate reports, create workflows, and automate processes required
• Strong Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) required
